Waarschip 700 LD on the Amsterdam boat show
The
Waarschip 700 LD will be displayed from March 6th to March 11th at the HISWA Amsterdam boat show.
Optimizing Waarschip 900+
In cooperation with Harry Amsterdam we have designed a new bulbkeel, rudder and rig for a Waarschip 900+ wooden boatbuilder Theo de Vries in IJst will take care of this conversion.
Peltzer Design to support Solarteam HvA
For
the 3th time we are supporting a student team in the world cup for
solar powered boats. After a first place in 2006 and a third place in
2008 we hope to help the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences
team to another top postion in 2012! Solarteam HvA
November 2011;
Waarschip 700 LD maiden sail
The
Waarschip 700 LD has been launched and is now undergoing trials. The
magazine "Zeilen" has already done a test sail published in the
november issue of this magazine. A video of this test can be seen on
their website www.zeilen.com The boat will be raced and
demonstrated around the Netherlands. A viewing or a test sail can
be arranged by Nautisch Centrum Delfzijl

July 2011;
Waarschip 1010 sucessor on the drawing board
A
replacement for the remarkable Waarschip 1010 has been ordered by
Nautisch Centrum Delfzijl. This boat will again be long, narrow and
low, but even a lot faster using the latest design innovations. Watch
this space and te Waarschip website for more information soon!

New Waarschip 700 LD
Nautisch Centrum Delfzijl is
currently building the prototype of the Waarschip 700 LD. This will
be the first of a complete new range of Waarschip's continuing a long
tradition of sporty wooden yachts. An article abouth the boat appeared in the magazine Waterkampioen.

July 2010;
Evertsun 21 hull turned
The composite hull
of the Evertsun 21 has been turned at
Evert Peelen Yachtservice and is ready for installing the
interior and deck.

June 2010;
GT 40 "Aquajoy" for sale
The GT 40 Aquajoy is
for sale by her owner. Build in 2003, well maintained and fitted with a brand new
2010 IRC keel this yacht is fully ready for many years of racing and
fast cruising!

GT 58 DS on the drawing
board
A smaller version of
the GT 80 DS is on the drawing board. This will be a semi custom
build yacht sold by Gran Turismo Yachts in Maldegem, Belgium.

Februari 2010;
GT 80 DS building frame is
placed
A&B yachts has
finished the building frame of the GT 80 deck saloon and will start
building the hull shell.

Waarschip 30 LD on the
drawing board
Based on the hull of
the proven Waarschip 28 LD this design benefits of the latest
developments in yacht design. The 30LD is both faster and easier to
handle, featuring an non overlapping rig and a bulb keel providing
ample of stability. Both the deck layout and the interior are very
functional, making the boat ideal for club racing or short handed

Evertsun 21' daysailer
A classic daysailer
has been designed for
Evert Peelen Yachtservice in Hellevoetsluis.
The boat is based on a seaworthy training dinghy once used by the
Dutch Navy. The boat will be build in composite making
her light enough for easy trailering around behind a medium sized
car. Building will start in January 2010.

August 2009;
Redesign of Waarschip 1079
One off the last
unfinished hulls of the Waarschip 1076 will be finished with a
complete new deck, interior, rig, keel and rudder. It will feature
many of the features from "Zeebeer 3" a successful IRC racing yacht. The yacht will be
finished to professional standards by the
Waarschip yard in Delfzijl.

December 2008;
NEW IRC keels for GT 33
and GT 40
Both the GT 33 and
GT 40 will be refitted with new IRC bulb keels. The new keels will
provide more stability, more speed and a lower IRC rating.
December 2008;
17' keelboat on the
drawing board
A 2/3 person
production keelboat is being designed, the prototype will be build by
Multi Shape Marine. This
boat will be easy to stow and transport due to a narrow beam of 1.20m.

January 2008;
New Solar boats for Nuon
Solar Challenge
A new solar racing boat
is on the drawing board for last time winners of the "TH Rijswijk",
competition is expected to have improved significantly so it was
decided to design a new boat. The "van Teylingen" school will also
compete in the same race with a sister boat of last time's winner.
Towing tests and CFD calculations are carried out to ensure the new
boat will have the lowest resistance possible.
