Hechtschip 995

The Hechtschip 995 is a lapstrake multi chine cruiser/racer build in mahogany ply. The fully wooden construction is nearly as light as a full sandwich composite construction and gives the boat a unique feel and appearance. 

The semi-custom production offers the owner a variety of layouts and options, allowing to build this yacht to personal taste and requirement.   

A 2010 MK2 version, updated to the latest design developments has been drawn. This version has slightly lower freeboard, a new T-bulb keel and multiple smaller improvements over the original version.  

3 boats have been build at the former Hechtschip yard in Groningen, new boats are available  from Nautisch Centrum Delfzijll.
